Wow! Talk about timing! We had a Maternity shoot with Laura & John this past Sunday, the 19th. Laura and I had been discussing the details of her shoot for the past month. We decided we'd do a couple of sessions, just to be safe. Laura has had some complications during the pregnancy, trying to go into early labor. With less than an hour to go, Laura had to go to the ER on Saturday ~ so we spoke later and decided on Sunday. The whole time I've spoken with her, I prayed so hard that we would be able to get these images! We had a really good time during the session...John was such a good sport (he even did a ''belly'' pose for us) *grin*. We said our goodbyes and we so hoped to do a studio session...soon! We came home in just enough time to change clothes and head to church. An hour and a half later, Laura's water broke! She came to the church to get her mother...when I found out, I was in shock. She ended up being flown to Charleston, since she was only 34 weeks along. They held things off until Tuesday, the 21st, when little Garrett made his grand debut. We made it just in time, Laura!
